Psychologist

Requirements:

• Experience working in a large or small company (mandatory)

• Higher education in psychology (mandatory)

• Strong knowledge of practical psychology and experience applying it

• High emotional intelligence, strong communication and organizational skills

• Fluency in Ukrainian

Responsibilities:

• Professional psychological support for company employees

• Monitoring team dynamics and conducting manager evaluations

• Psychological testing and professional selection of job candidates

• Participation in corporate cultural events

• Support in resolving conflict situations

• Business trips across Ukraine
