Qualifications:

• analytical mindset, ability to process information and make decisions;

• confident PC user, Excel;

• excellent command of Ukrainian language;

• previous work experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• prompt response to alarms;

• interaction with rapid response team and clients;

• maintaining documentation;

• handling client calls.
